Why should we eat a balanced diet?
Hello, I'm Professor Lean. I'm in charge of
nutrition here at Eat Balanced HQ.
The products that we create each have that correct
nutritional balance. This makes it as convenient as possible
for anyone who has the pleasure of eating one of our lovingly
created pizzas to have a balanced meal. The Eat

In terms of nutrition, our main focus is on which nutrients are
required to be able achieve a balanced diet. By combining
those nutrients in the right amounts, you should be able to achieve
a balanced diet. A balanced diet matters for our
health. The key is thinking about the nutrition
content of what you are eating - carbohydrates, fats, protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre - as well
as how much of those you are eating.
